Services SummaryWith over twenty years' experience and graduate degrees in organization change and development, we are especially well-qualified to assist you in the creation and implementation of the most comprehensive organizational changes. The purpose of organization development is to create a more viable, healthy, productive, and profitable organization. This requires a competent management team, and a competent and empowered workforce. All organizational development activities are designed to achieve these ends. The process starts with a no-fee consultation in which we review with you what about your organization you want to change, why, and what you think the end results should be. We will help you determine what is and is not feasible. We will also give you a clear understanding in terms of what to expect relative to change, time frames, activities, costs, and results. Once we have answered all your questions, if you wish to move forward, we will give you a detailed proposal summarizing our prior discussions. Organization Development is a process of comprehensive and systematic change, conducted over an extended period of time. It is not a quick fix.
