Great Visions Consulting helps its clients develop a shared organizational vision and an unrelenting commitment to and practice of quality; over thirty years of consulting experience have shown that these factors are critical to organizational success and profitability. Vision is what Edwards Deming calls "constancy of purpose" and is the prerequisite to any continuous improvement program; quality is defined as "conformance to customer requirements" and is the central critical value every organization must practice if it is to succeed.
To help clients establish a shared vision and to practice quality, Great Visions provides consultation and training services in total quality management, strategic planning, partnering, and management team development. We help our clients identify who their external and internal customers are and determine their effectiveness at serving both groups. We train managers in continuous improvement techniques which reduce rework, and cause our clients' customers' needs to be efficiently, reliably, and profitably fulfilled. We assist senior management in developing realistic, yet aggressive strategic plans. Through partnering facilitations, we help our clients develop win-win solutions with their clients, avoiding costly and unacceptable adversarial relationships and litigations. All of Great Visions efforts are designed to increase the effectiveness of teamwork with our client's organization and between our clients and their clients.
